One inbox, one human. Whether it's a bug, a puzzle request, or feedback on the cats — it all lands in the same place.

What to Write About
- Bug reports — a puzzle that looks unsolvable, a button that does nothing, a layout that breaks. A screenshot and the page URL make these much faster to fix.
- Puzzle feedback — a difficulty tier that feels off, a generator that keeps giving you the same shapes, a hint that didn't help. This feedback directly shapes the next generator pass.
- New puzzle types — the collection grows by request. If there's a Japanese logic puzzle you want to see with cats on it, say so.
- Classroom & permissions — using GridPaw puzzles in teaching or print. Describe what you have in mind; classroom use is usually an easy yes.
- Everything else — partnerships, corrections to the guides, or just saying hello.
What Happens After You Send It
Every message is read by a human — usually the same person who built the site and drew the cats. There is no ticket queue and no newsletter signup hiding behind the form. You'll get a reply when there's something real to say, which for most bug reports is within a few days.
Before You Write — Quick Answers
Several questions come up often enough that the site already answers them:
- How a game works → the help center covers all games
- Strategy and technique → the tips hubs and each game's guides
- What data the site stores → the privacy policy
- What changed recently → the changelog
