The game cuts the photo into a 3×3 or 4×4 grid, hides some pieces (1 to 3 in the tutorial, up to 12 on super-hard), and shows extra empty candidate spots that don't belong to the picture. You place each piece by matching edges, fur texture, and colors — it only clicks into its true slot.

Difficulty grows in four steps: more hidden pieces, more candidate spots to rule out, blurred or dimmed pieces, and a per-piece timer from Medium up. Board size grows from 3×3 tutorials to 4×4 classic boards, with a 6×6 daily puzzle. Lives stay at 5 at every level.
